في إطار ملتقى البوغاز الثاني للإعلام الجهوي، المنظم تحت شعار: “من أجل إعلام أفضل وهادف”، وبمناسبة الذكرى التاسعة عشرة لتأسيسها، تنظم جمعية “أصدقاء الإذاعة والتلفزة للثقافة والإتصال” بطنجة، ندوة إعلامية حول موضوع : “أي مستقبل للإعلام الجهوي في أفق الجهوية”.

أثارت خطبة الجمعة للشيخ يحيى المدغري سجالا واسعا بعد ما نُسب إليه من القول إن الزلازل التي وقعت مؤخرا عقوبة إلهية لأهل الريف، لما اقترفه بعضهم من منكرات وإغراق في المخدرات، قبل أن يوضح الخطيب نفسه أنه لم يقصد أهالي الريف، بل أباطرة المخدرات الذين ينشرون هذا السم بين شباب المغرب.

وانقسم دعاة سلفيون مغاربة إزاء ما ورد على لسان الشيخ المدغري، من أن الهزات الأرضية التي لازال سكان العديد من مناطق الريف يشعرون بها، هي عقوبة إلهية للطالحين والعاصين من “ريافة”، بين من دافع عن قول خطيب المسجد ذاته، وبين رافض لطرحه، وداع إلى الوسطية وتفادي الصدام.

وأورد الشيخ حسن الكتاني، أحد أبرز الوجوه السلفية بالمغرب، مدافعا عن المدغري، ومواجها الكثير من الانتقادات التي طالته، والتي ذهب بعضها إلى حد مطالبة وزارة الأوقاف بتوقيفه، (أورد) أن “الشيخ يحيى المدغري عالم فاضل، وداعية وقور بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، نعرفه منذ أكثر من عشرين سنة”.

وزاد الكتاني أن “المدغري لم يقم سوى بنصح بني قومه كما ينصح العلماء الربانيون، وبين أسباب المصائب التي ابتلينا بها عامة نحن المغاربة، وابتلي بها أهل بلده الريف خاصة”، مبرزا أن “الذين يتبعون الشهوات حرفوا كلامه وشوهوه، ليصوروا للناس أنه يسب أهل بلده ويتشفى بمصابهم”.

وقال مصدر مقرب من الشيخ المدغري، الذي ظل هاتفه يرن بلا جواب، في تصريح لهسبريس، إن “الرجل يحاول أن ينأى بنفسه عن الردود، التي قد تُفسر على نحو سيء، وتزيد الطين بلة”، مبرزا أن “حفنة من الحداثيين شوهوا وحرفوا كلام الشيخ عن موضعه، بهدف الإساءة إلى الإسلاميين”.

من جهته، حاول الشيخ السلفي حماد القباج أن يمسك العصا من الوسط، إذ بث مقطع فيديو يشرح فيه العلاقة بين الزلازل والعقوبة الإلهية، وذكر قبل ذلك بأنه “لا داعي للصدام والصراع في مثل هذه المواضيع”.

وأكد القباج أنه “لا يمكن نفي أن الظواهر الطبيعية قائمة على قوانين ونظام محكم بديع؛ كما لا يختلف أحد على أن هذه الظواهر لا يمكن أن تأتي صدفة”، مبرزا أن “مثل هذه الظواهر تستدعي تدخلا قائما على التضامن أولا، وعلى تدخل الدولة بشكل وقائي، فضلا عن معالجة المسببات والنتائج أيضا”.

وتابع المتحدث ذاته بأنه “لا يمكن إنكار أن الله الذي خلق تلك الظواهر وأنظمتها له القدرة الكاملة على جعلها عقوبة”، مضيفا أن “الحكم بأن الزلزال عقاب إلهي ضد شخص معين، أو منطقة محددة، أمر صعب الجزم به، وليس لدينا نص يؤكد ذلك”، يورد القباج.

وذهب القباج إلى أن “الوسط هو أن يقتصر التحذير على الانحرافات البشرية التي تؤدي إلى عقوبات إلهية، مثل الظلم والانحرافات الجنسية والمالية، والابتزاز، وباقي الظواهر السلبية، مشيرا إلى أن هذه الأمور يمكن أن تفضي إلى عقوبات تأخذ أشكالا مختلفة، منها الظواهر الطبيعية”.
