انطلاق فعاليات النسخة الخامسة للمنتدى الاقليمي للاندية البيئية

تحت شعار الطاقات المتجددة…مستقبل بيىتنافتتح السيد باشا مدينة تازة رفقة السيد  المدير الإقليمي لوزارة التربية الوطنية والتكوين بتازة بحضور عدد من رؤساء المصالح الخارجية والأمنية و مدراء المؤسسات التعليمية مساء يوم الإثنين 2 ماي 2016فعاليات المنتدى الاقليمي

للأندية البيئة في نسخته الخامسةالتي ستمتد الى غاية يوم الخميس 5 ماي.

وقد انطلقت الفعاليات من الثانوية التأهيلية بن الياسمين التي تحتضن الأبواب المفتوحة للمنتدى الى جانب الثانوية التأهيلية عمر الخيام والثانوية الاعدادية علال الفاسي ومدرسة مولاي الحسن حيث تطلع الوفد الزائر على أهم منتجات التدوير بالمؤسسات التعليمية وورشات تشكيليةوأنشطة فنية متنوعة حملت رساءل بيئية لساكنة المدينة.

وقد عبر جل المدعوين والمشاركين والزوار أن أنشطة هذا المنتدى الإقليمي في

نسخته الخامسة أصبح مهرجانا تربويا بيئيا يرسخ ثقافة جديدة لتربية بيئة عميقة لدى

ناشئة المؤسسات التعليمية بتازة تماشيا ودعما للقمة العالمية للتغيرات المناخية بمراكش

منتدى الأفاق يعقد الملتقى الرابع للثقافة العربية بخريبكة

ينظم منتدى الأفاق للثقافة والتنمية بخريبكة الملتقى الرابع للثقافة العربية، وذلك من 28 إلى 30 من شهر ماي الجاري، تحت شعار”مقومات الوحدة والتكامل في الثقافة المغاربية”، وبحضور نخبة من مثقفي العالم العربي.

وتناقش الدورة، التي ستفتتح بالمركب الثقافي، قضايا عدة عبر ندوات فكرية، منها توطيد العلاقات الثقافية العربية، وترسيخ روح الدبلوماسية الثقافية ودورها في التقارب الفكري والحضاري، وتوصيف الثقافة العربية من خلال الإبداعات الأدبية، فضلا عن إبراز صورة المغرب والمغرب العربي ثقافيا، وأهمية التراث العربي، ودوره في تجسيد العلاقات الثنائية، وغيرها.

وستتخلل الدورة، التي ستقام بتنسيق مع اتحاد كتاب المغرب فرع خريبكة، والتعاون مع عدد من الشركاء، مع تكريم وجوه ثقافية عربية عدة، تنظيم معارض للفنون التشكيلية والخط والصناعة التقليدية، فضلا عن أمسيات شعرية وفنية يشارك فيها مبدعون عرب، مع رحلة سياحية لاكتشاف عالم المنطقة الجغرافي والثقافي والحضاري.

وتروم هذه التظاهرة الثقافية، التي تقام بغرفة التجارة والصناعة والخدمات، تعزيز قيم التقارب الثقافي، والتواصل وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب للنهوض بالثقافة والإعلام، وترويج المنتوج الفكري، اضافة الى التعريف بالأنساق الثقافة العربية المعاصرة، والانفتاح على الثقافة المغاربية، وتعميق الانتماء الوطني، والتشبث بالهوية الثقافية مع الانفتاح على القيم الإنسانية.

كما تسعى الى تكريس ثقافة الحوار، عبر استخلاص الدروس من تجليات التجانس الثقافي المغاربي خدمة للسلم وتقدم المنطقة حضاريا، مع ترسيخ روح الهوية الثقافية، وجعل الثقافة وسيلة حقيقية للتطور والنجاح، والانفتاح على القيم الإنسانية والكونية.

في إطار أنشطته التوعوية و الصحية نظم  المكتب المحلي للهلال الأحمر المغربي  بجماعة سوق الخميس دادس اقليم تنغير في الفترة الممتدة بين 30 ابريل و 01 ماي 2016 دورة تكوينية في الإسعافات الأولية لفائدة مسعفيه ومتطوعيه الجدد وذلك بتنسيق مع المكتب المحلي لقلعة مكونة والمكتب الاقليمي للهلال الاحمر بتنغير،واحتضنت  مجموعة مدارس الكومت  هذه الدورة،حيث عرفت هذه الدورة نجاحا و حضورا وازنا من كلا الجنسين، و أشرف على هذا التكوين السيد توفيق محمد من المكتب المحلي لقلعة مكونة  والسيدة حياة حسبي من المكتب الاقليمي للهلال الاحمر بتنغير وافتتح برنامج الدورة باستقبال المشاركين و التذكير بشروط الدورة، و طريقة التكوين التي تعتمد على شروحات نظرية و تطبيقية.

 وتعد هذه الدورة التكوينية التي استهدفت ومتطوعين مسعفين جدد فرصة لتعزيز قدرات تواجد المسعفين بالجماعة سالفة الذكر، و عملوا على إيصال كل التقنيات الإسعافية لفائدة المشاركين بطرق بيداغوجية وعروض نظرية وتطبيقية معززة بوسائط مرئية سمعية بصرية، الشيء الذي سهل على المتلقين أخذ كل الطرق والتقنيات المتعلقة بالإسعافات الأولية الأساسية، وتأتي هذه الدورة ومثيلتها التي التي ينظمها المكتب المحلي لجماعة سوق الخميس دادس في اطار تعزيز  قدرات المسعفين، وذلك من أجل مباشرة عمل القرب والانفتاح على كافة المجالات الترابية في جماعة خميس دادس الأمر الذي سيتيح للهلال الأحمر المغربي فرصة تنزيل وتفعيل برامج هادفة وذات مردودية ستنعكس بشكل إيجابي على ساكنة المنطقة بمختلف فئاتها.

وقد ذكر المؤطرون ( أيضا ) بالمبادئ السبع الأساسية لمؤسسة الهلال الأحمر ( الإنسانية ، عدم التحيز ، الحياد ، الاستقلالية ، التطوعية ، الوحدة ، العالمية )

هذا و أفاد المؤطران أن التكوين الأساسي في الإسعافات الأولية يهدف إلى اكتساب المعارف والمعلومات الضرورية التي تساعد على التمكن من القيام بالإسعافات الرامية إلى الحفاظ على السلامة البدنية للمصاب ريثما تصل سيارة الاسعاف

كما تطرقوا إلى المصوغات  ألاثني عشر الأساسية في الإسعافات الأولية حيث قدموا شروحات مفصلة لكل واحدة منها مع التطبيق السليم لها مركزين بشكل أساسي على الحوادث الشائعة التي قد تصادف الإنسان البسيط في حياته اليومية.

وترى الأستاذة  رقية ايت حدو أن الدورة التكوينية عرفت نجاحا وحققت الأهداف المرجوة منها بفضل تضافر جهود اعضاء المكتب المحلي للهلال الاحمر المغربي بجماعة سوق الخميس دادس والمكتب الاقليمي للهلال الاحمر بتنغير والمكتب المحلي لقلعة مكونة.

واضافت ان هذه الدورة تهدف الى تدريب وتكوين المسعفين الجدد وذلك فى اطار الاستعداد المتواصل لمجابهة الطوارى ولضمان التدخل الناجع والسريع لكل الحالات التى تستوجب التدخل الانسانى.

معتبرة ان الجانب التطبيقي والعملي لمهارات الاسعافات الاولية واهم الحالات التي يجب التدخل فيها اثناء عملية الانقاذ الذي قدماه المؤطران شاملة ، حيث حققت الهدف المرجو وهو  اكتساب مهارات الاسعافات الاولية لانقاذ حياة المصابين قبل مجيئ سيارة الاسعاف او رجال الوقاية المدنية .

وفي الاخير تم اختيار  شعار ” التطوعية” محور هذه الدورة التكوينية التي نالت اعجاب المشاركين.
